Web3Modal/Explorer API availability was impacted for ~40 minutes (13.10-13.40 UTC) because of a backup DB instance not having been scaled out sufficiently during the ongoing Cloud dashboard migration.

Latency on the WalletConnect relay may have been elevated during this period.

The incident has been fully resolved.
